Brazil Foundation
Come meet famed Brazilian shoe designer Alexandre Birman at Saks on Saturday, September 10th from 3 to 5pm for a good cause! The Brazil Foundation, focused on “Generating Resources For Programs That Transform The Social Reality of Brazil,” is a cause close to my heart. At this event, Saks will donate 10% of all the sales to The Brazil Foundation. Born into a family of shoemakers, Brazilian designer Alexandre Birman’s education came early, and he worked in his father’s factory before launching his eponymous label in 2008. His exotic python and leather sandals have since won the label a legion of Hollywood fans, including Blake Lively. Choose from color-pop ballerina flats and intricately crafted platform wedges.
